I was totally disappointed in Walt's service. I initially brought my car in after having brake pads previously installed after hearing a noise. The shop informed me that my pads were put on but I needed new rotors and calipers and that's why my car was making squeaking noises. They informed me that I needed all 3 items put on again. I told them I would return when I had the pads, rotors and calipers. A few weeks later I had the parts and my wife brought my car in to get fixed. I called and spoke to the asst mangager and he told me it would be $150.00 to install the parts, I accepted. I left work early to pick up my car because I didn't receive a call. I get to the shop and pay for my services and drive a couple blocks down the street and hear the same grinding, squeaking noise that I been hearing. However, the shop closed at 5 so I brought it in the next morning to be looked at. This time I was told "u bought your own parts" and we don't guarantee work on brought in parts. They wouldn't even check the work they did because they said my parts could have been defective. They again stressed they didn't guarantee work on defective parts but they didn't tell me this before. It was only after I received my receipt was I told this. In my opinion they messed up my car on purpose because I brought my own parts. I don't think I should be having the same problem with new discs, calipers, and rotors. It's like I shouldn't have spent the money to have fixed cuz I have the same problem. Most shops would have checked to see if they made a mistake but Walt's was fine with what it was. The mangager told me their mechanics have been doing brakes for the past 30 years and don't make mistakes. They wouldn't even check the front brakes to see if the missed something. All they did was spray something on the back brakes. They didn't even look at the work they did.
