So apparently at Walmart it isn't "their problem" that a car gets a flat tire and arrives at the Auto Center 2 hours before they close but everyone is scheduled to get off at 5, one hour early. Nope, because their technician said he never said that. Nope, because it isn't their responsibility to take care of my kids when if everyone had been scheduled properly there would have been plenty of time. Nope, because even though Abraham and Tony said to me, Justin, Hannah and Matt the tow truck driver that there were 2 technicians only scheduled until 5 by Juan the Auto Center manager, the "schedule" and Abraham told Bill Savage, Market Manager for that area, that there was only 1 tech scheduled til 6 and he had to leave early. So I guess it's my problem that they aren't competent to schedule enough employees to cover operating hours. I guess it's my problem that before even finding out the issue, Abraham told 2 minors it was not his problem. I guess it's my problem that Walmart believes their CALLED OUT ON IT BY ME AND NOT DENYING IT lying employees and puts the blame on customers. And above all, as BILL SAVAGE told me, it's NOT HIS OR WALMART'S problem that I had 2 kids stranded 150 miles from home.
