First of all I picked one because I couldn't give a lower rating. I called the automotive center at my local Walmart ask if they could fix a tire with a nail in the tread they advised that they could so I drove down dropped it off after answering a ton of questions. And having to use the fanatical spelling of my name to the clerk they took my keys. And my son and walked around for abt 35 minutes. We were paged overhead to return to the automotive dept. Where I was told they could patch the tire. I said something to the effect of I wasn't surprised. Which was met with Brandi spouting off why did you bring it here then. I excused myself for thinking that the Neanderthals would be able to fix anything I was given a the work order for the event no charge (no services rendered) and walked to to get my car it wasn't ready so I walked over to the stall where the car was ask to see where the hole was. The employee showed me the nail hole. Put the tire back on drove my car in a figure 8 rechecked the lugs. Then took my keys back to the desk. (Policy I supose) I met the shop employee there the clerk said give him his keys. In a very rude manner I took my keys walked out to the put my son in opened the drivers idle door to fine greasy footprints in the floor grease on the seat , door ,and console. At this point I am losing my cool. I drove around front of the store called the manager after the he said he would be right there I told him I was in row 9 he said he would walk out after abt ten minutes he didn't show up. So I called back spoke to him again told him where I was and offered to drive up to the front entry because it was raining. We met there Roger the assistant of the grocery dept and someone from automotive with him.i pointed out the greasy footprints and the grease all over the interior. He apologized, but made no effort to clean up the mess. At this point I showed him my ticket whiched listed all the tire pressure at 32 none of which were they were 38 38 39 36 clearly they were not checked the mileage on the car was quoted at 2500 mile it was at 22345. I explained that this was not the type of service I expected from Walmart and that his apology was not adequate as a solution he said he would speak with the staff. He made no assurance that it would be resolved and no offer to clean up behind his neanderthal. I contacted the home office when I got home and as of yet no resolve. So my advice to you is take your car anywhere else for service. Don't repeat my mistake..
