On a Sunday afternoon I approached the tire and lube counter. I had just heard the employees talking about how slow it had been. I think I've unlocked that mystery. I stood at the counter waiting for one of the three employees to acknowledge my existence. Not one got up but after a bit of a wait, one employee looked up and said, "Do you need some help?" At least that is what I think he said as I could barely hear him. I was looking for tires and was directed to a gum smacking female. She asked me the size I was looking for. I wasn't quite sure so she was going to have to look it up. After she rolled her eyes she picked up the book. I told her the year, make, and model. My 2012 didn't seem to be in her book so I said the book might be organized by car and truck. Without saying anything she flipped through to the back and found my vehicle. I knew the size she stated was wrong and I told her so. She continued to talk to me about how that size would need to be ordered and was uncommon. I again said that was the wrong size and asked if there were model types in the book. A co worker then told her to flip the page. There was my vehicle with the correct size. She still hadn't looked up continued to smack her gum and proceeded to talk about needing to order them. I was so mad at this point with this rude employee, I just walked away. I don't mind ordering tires, or waiting a few days, etc. but having a counter person be this disengaged with the customer is ridiculous. THIS IS WHY YOU AREN'T BUSY ON A WEEKEND! Mystery solved!
