My Volvo had a check engine light that had been on for about 3 months and it started running really rough a few days ago. the first shop I took it to charged me 2 hours labor to diagnose it and said I needed the intake manifold gasket replaced. They wanted to charge me $950 to fix the intake manifold gasket on top of the 2 hours labor! I wanted a second opinion and they suddenly told me they already started the job!!! I hadn't even approved it yet! I was not happy and asked them to put it back together and told them I wasn't paying for it. I took it to the guys at Village and they diagnosed it and they fixed it for 1/2 hour labor. I was in and out of Village in under an hour. It was only a small vacuum leak from a cracked hose and it's back to running like it always has. Thanks guys for the honest fix. I'll always choose you guys when i need something done on my Volvo or on my wife's Subaru!
