I went to the valvoline quick lube in Salida on 3-1-11 and the store manager Jim Eliler was there we pulled up no one said a word to us they took the car not say how can i help you what can we do for ya nothing not even hi! Tell it was time to pay Jim was mean rude and didnt even say thank you ! I will never go back and plan on posting this every where
