Got stuck and called AAA. They sent a tow truck within an hour as promised. They explained my choices as per service options, and I decided to give them a try. The trucker was courteous and helpful. They repaired my car as soon as the part arrived and for a very reasonable price. As for my experience, I think I will use them here on in, I am that satisfied.
