US Windshield Repair

WARNING!! I purchased an electronic item from this company. The day I recieved it. I tested it and it didn't work. I sent email requesting an RMA number and a refund. I was refused several time and was told not to send them because they will refuse it, and that they cannot help me. When disputing it to paypal. The owner accused me of mis using the item without even looking at the item or taking the time to return it before making these allegations. BEWARE this company is not customer friendly. This is the first time I've been taken advantage of using ecommerce. Use another company!
