$49.99 charged for just getting estimate.? Desk clerks are nice guys, but they're trained to up sale services. Did you know that a mechanic diagnosing your car problem by 'eye - balling' it without the actual diagnostic machine is the same thing? I was charged $49.99 for diagnostic without hooking up to a machine. They explained that is basically the same thing. Wow, really? I don't mind paying for services rendered even if it's expensive. It's a business, I understand. But, to be charge extra in this way, ridiculous!! I want to have a regular garage that I can trust and be a regular, but not after this. Maybe that's how they all are....idk.
