Very unprofessional. Tom, the owner, yelled at me in front of other customers, lying about what I said in an attempt to embarrass me and make me look bad. Well it worked, I left in tears finally, as he was still yelling at me and wouldn't let me speak at all. This was the most horrifying experience I have ever had in customer service, I wish that I had read more reviews before going to this business, as I have seen multiple cases very similar to mine have happened. In addition to this (though not the point of my review) it was 20 minutes before I was helped by anyone at the front desk, even though I had an appointment (a man came by twice and said he had no idea where Tom was and that he was sorry I was still waiting). Also they didn't know how to replace my headlight and had to look it up, which seemed a bit odd to me considering I drive a fairly common car.
