I took my van and told them some issues that I was experiencing with it. I called the next day to see what Dan thought about it. I was told that there was an issue and needed to be serviced. Our time frames did not match up so we agreed for me to bring the van back in for the work to be done on it. After reaching this point, I was then told there would be $105 due for the inspection. At no point in time was I made aware of this fee beforehand. After picking the van up, I called Dan back and asked him if the $105 could be applied toward the repair of the van when I brought it back in. His response was, "No, this transaction has been completed. If you bring it back again, we would have to charge the full amount with no credit." I feel like I was blindsided with this inspection fee and that he could've at least applied that to the services that were required to fix the van. So never assume that they will just look at a vehicle like they said they would and not charge. Also, Dan said there was not a guarantee what he would do to fix the van would fix it, just to start with something and that may not fix it. I have taken the van to a nearby auto shop and they have service the van, performed more service as well and fixed the issue that I was having for less than their price and had it fixed in a timely manner. Also, the repair that needed to be done to fix the van had nothing to do with what Team Ryan automotive said needed to be fixed.

Dan and his team are the BEST, hands down!!!! A quick repair of my dodge truck's a/c, and I am again, cool and ready for the summer heat. Knowledgeable technical expertise, an immaculate work area, and a caring approach in the service to his customers make Dan and his team number 1!!!!!
