T V Bougon Service Center

My air conditioning system was working intermittently. I was told it was a valve and they replaced it. This cost me $185. After driving the vehicle I was experiencing the same problem. I called the shop and they said they would need time to take the system apart to find the problem. I dropped off the vehicle. Several days later after I called them. They told me that they drove the vehicle for about 20 minutes and the A/C was working. They locked the keys in the car and told me to come pick it up. To make matters worse they wasted 1/4 tank of gas(it was on empty) and they never took the system apart like they said they would. I have driven the vehicle 4 times and 3 times the A/C did not work. They supposedly warranty their work for 3 months or 3000 miles but I was told there was nothing else they could do. If you are thinking of taking your vehicle there. DON'T DO IT!!!
