These folks took my 2005 Dodge Durango & figured out what the problem with my transmission was and since the problem didn't require mechanical work, they didn't charge me, despite the fact that they spent several hours of diagnostic time. I would definitely recommend this shop because of my experience with them. As an aside for 2005 AWD/4WD Dodge Durango owners, the transmission bands retain tension after you take the transmission out of 4WD and the tranny starts doing weird things. The easiest way to fix this problem is to put the transmission in reverse and drive backward 20 or 30 yards, which releases the tension on the transmission bands. I know it sounds weird as all get out, but it works!
