Straightline Auto Service

I have been going to Straightline Auto for the past 15 years. First and foremost they are honest and upfront with all costs and repairs. I have been to other mechanics here in Erie and they have tried to have me have repairs done that weren't needed. As a single parent, Chuck would always work with me. If I needed tires he would put them on my receipt slip, so I would know down the road how much I needed. There weren't any suprises. I never got a bill that I wasn't fully aware of what the costs went too. They are professional, respectful, and down to earth. They will also try to fit you in their schedule if you need work done promptly. They will give you a time that your vehicle will be ready. Most importantly they have great personalities and they will make you smile. I rated their review with 5 stars because they do deserve it.
