This is in regards to my review on Sept. 20, 2011: In fairness to the company, the mechanic did not know that the alternator was defective. We weren't driving the car very much, so it took a while for the problem to surface. We were outside of the warranty by about 3 days, so the mechanic was within his right to say no. I wanted to delete the previous review, since I've given this more thought, but was unable to delete it : ( I wasn't being fair to the company. Thanks.
