They say a happy customer tells 3 people, unhappy one 7. I plan on telling way more than 7. This is the worst car repair situation I have ever had. Took my 14 year old American car to "Euroasian" on a referral from the oil change guy for a suspected blown Head gasket. I was told it would take a week to fix because the "Machine Shop" was too busy, ok I can wait a week. Manager kept trying to sale me a replacement engine rather than doing repairs, I chose repair. The following week I was prepared to go get car on appointed day only to show up and be told I should get a replacement engine blah,blah blah. So its been a week and my engine heads are still sitting on the floor next to the car so they havent even been sent to the "overworked machine shop". So two weeks have gone by waiting for this Head gasket replacement job that apparently is kicking their butts. So on week 3 Im told it will be ready Friday at 5pm, Started calling at 4pm with no answer or return phone call. The following monday Im allowed to get my car. For brevity sake let me just say if you have a big ol Mercedes or other high price car you probably wont be sent to the back of the line. If time without your car or price is not a concern by all means go there they seem to fix alot of them, but if your in need of your car fixed in a reseanoable time period, dont want to feel pressured to take the more expensive route "engine replacement" which has less of a guarantee go somewhere else. I hope this saves someone some heartache.
