Sears Auto Center

Our vehicle died while in Longview on business. Fortunately it left me stranded at the hotel. My husband and I got it jumped and drove to Sears. Because the battery was nearly 5 years old, we did not hesitate to replace it. The mechanic who helped us there was very helpful and knowledgable when recommending which battery would be the best for our truck. We appreciate Diego's professionalism. He quickly put us at ease with pleasant conversation as we paid our bill. We wish all Sears Auto shops were this welcoming and professional. Their manager, Robert Pollak, should be very proud of his staff. The city of Longview should realize how fortunate they are to have a place like this for basic vehicle needs.
