Writing this while waiting close to 3 hours to get a leak in my tire repaired. Currently, the place is dead. I made an appointment 2 days prior. It took 25 minutes to officially turn my keys over and check the vehicle in. I think they have 1 person answering the calls and doing the work. Phone keeps ringing and they answer it about 15-20% of the time. If the employee picks up, he informs the customer they can't handle the business today and they will have to make an appointment. If he is dealing with with a walk-in, he informs the caller he will call them back. I feel this is the "twilight zone" of auto repair shops. It's the equivalent to 2 people entering a restaurant and 1 asks for a coffee to go and the other wants a sit down 5 course meal. The coffee order has to wait until the 5 course meal has been prepared and eaten. I've never waited this long to get this done. In the time, I've been here, I've read reviews to take it to Costco for a free repair. Lesson learned on my part if I ever make it out of here.
