Very expensive experience.. They were very courteous and promised a fair price. I had an issue with a semi trailer at the Kurt Weiss locations in Center Moriches. The owner told me he would go on site and help out my driver. The driver followed them slowly back to the garage. Bascally it was a labor intensive job to straighten out a back axle.. All in all the driver left the site at 10 am and the job was finished at 2 pm.. 4 hours, they had 3 people working on it, on and off, Then they gave me a bill $2000.00 basically 500/hour!!! even at 3 people that is more than 150/hour.. No parts were included on the bill.. WOW!! when I questioned it I was told that was the going rate for that type of labour. I am reaching out to all truckers in the Center Moriches area... They are very friendly and helpful, they even brought my driver coffee. But wait till you get the bill. I had no choice I was told they would give me a fair price and I believed them.. Please be wary of these people. I guess I am partially responsible because I try to believe all people are honest... TRUCKERS BEWARE
