I was involved in a collision with my Chrysler 300C, a car I simply love. Because the car is twelve years old with 150,000+ miles on it, my insurance company wanted to write it off as a total loss and pay me less than I believe the car was worth, instead of paying for repair. Tracie went to bat for me and convinced the Insurance Co. that my little Hemi was too nice to "total", and that they could repair it for a cost that they finally agreed to pay. I was a bit concerned about the damage (front) but wanted to keep the car. They repaired it, and OMG, I thought it looked really good before the wreck. Unbelievable job! Better looking now than ever. I've had other minor work done by Robert's over the years and will always continue to recommend their business for body shop repair. Nice to know they care. Thanks, "Robert's".
