Have used RAB on several occasions. Good workmanship. Recently clueless about customer serf ice and managing projects. Expect delays, excuses and hostility if you suggest promises should be kept. Had to take latest job elsewhere after they committed to a start date, then wanted to push it back three weeks for no reason besides their incompetence.
