Most of the time you only see complaints, but I would like to file a compliment to and for Rick & Lou’s Tire and Auto Service Center. I give this business 5 Stars. In the 44 years I have been driving and needing service on my cars, the absolute Best Service I have ever experienced is at Rick & Lou’s in Crystal Lake. For listening and caring about a customer, to being honest, truthful, and trustworthy I have nothing but the highest praise for this business. In addition just add in fair and straightforward pricing, and you can’t do better anywhere in the Chicago-land/Northwest area. Keith Sindelar – March 2011.
