Took my car in for oil change and inspection, one week and one hundred answered phone calls later, still no car!

My mother called around 1:00 to ask if she was able to get her car inspected today. The MAN that she was speaking to said yes at 4:30 today. She gets there and the EXTREMELY RUDE WOMAN at the front desk told her that she did not have an appointment and that her name was not on their schedule. The MAN on the phone asked for her name earlier!! She did not tell her this in an apologetic or pleasant attitude. Shitty attitude!! DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE QUALITY SERVICE OR PROFESSIONAL MANNERS. If I could rate zero stars I would!!!!! What's funny is that she was referred by a coworker. Neither of them will be returning.
