Absolutely horrible customer service and refuses to honor their work. Jam nuts on my control arms came loose the day after I had my alignment done and they would not tighten them. Told me that they may be able to get to it in a day or two and that was if they even decided that they would do it. I paid for a service and it wasn't completed correctly. My issue should have been resolved immediately.
