With three recall notifications I took my car in to be serviced. Naturally, they found that the front brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors 'machined.' I was quoted at price of around $350. Not knowing any better, I agreed and asked to use the 10% service coupon. A few hours later I got a call saying "Oh yes it's the rear brake pads as well." I paid the price (literally) for my lack of knowledge and being too busy/distracted to do my research. In the end, I paid over twice as much as I should. What's the saying? "Caveat emperator"? They were all friendly and courteous though, with a clean shop...
