I called to ask if they changed spark plugs because I generally do all the work on my cars, but on my pontiac aztek you can't reach three that are located at the back. The very same day I had just changed the plugs on my hundai accent not even 20 minutes before calling them. When I called I told him I had the plugs but was having trouble with the tools that I have so I wanted to see what he'd charge. He told me I should have gotten the wires as well because they usually break when you change them, which is a lie. If you're gentle you can remove the boots without breaking them which tells me they're overcharging people by breaking a part that can be removed perfectly fine with the right knowledge. Be careful when trusting your car to them.
