Sooo my car wouldnt start, I have a 2002 nissan, and I had the hardest time trying to find a place that would help me esp since I was trying to find someone at around 730 at night. When I called the office to see if they would help me, I spoke to Mr. O'Gorman who informed me that the service department was closed but i could have the car towed and he would make sure the car was seen first thing in the morning. Before i gave him an answer he had me try different things, IE maybe my alarm interfered with the car somehow. But he was very helpful! i called back around 11 the next morning to see what the status was on my car and he informed me that it was done. WHAT A SURPRISE. He kept his word and I really appreciated it. Andy in the service department told me that it was something involving my crankshaft. I knew nothing about what he was talking about so i took his word and my car was running better than ever!!
