Nalley Collision Center in Marietta

My insurance company sent me to Nalley; I did not have a choice. The damage to my car seemed minimal (head light, left front panel, and some trim). I assumed it would be a week or so to get my car back, boy was I wrong; it took a month! The repairs took so long that my rental car allowance ran out and I had to pay for additional transportation on my own. I called the center several times to get updates on the progress, my calls were not returned. When I did finally get a call from my Nalley service adviser (3 weeks into the process), she had little knowledge of the repairs and admitted she didn't even know where the car was; "I think it's at the dealer" is not a reassuring response. I got more information from my insurance adjuster than I did from Nalley. At least my insurance guy knew where my car was. I did get three calls from Nalley the final week they had my car; each call promising the car would be ready the next day. Four days later it was finally ready for pick-up. It appears to me that they were just stringing me along until it was done. Repairs seem fine, but I've only had the car back one day. Time will tell.
