My Towing

I was quoted at the scene $127...when I picked up the car it was $225........I can not find the name of the owners. The women who answers the phone won't give me her name. She says the Police decide what to charge me, and tells me the tow truck driver doesn't know what he's talking about to take my car 2 miles???? Can't find a website, can't talk to a supervisor, nothing. Now I have all day to find out and get my money back, what a rip off, very unprofessional company whom I would never recommend.
