Have an hour for lunch! TEN MINUTE OIL CHANGE RIGHT? Both bays taken up for more extensive services....only found this out after questioning my 35 minute wait!! Told it would be another 20-25 minute wait (rudely)! So I left ...wasted 35 minutes of my lunch for nothing! Suggestions! 1. Have the common courtesy of notifying your customer of a wait time!!! 2. Only use one bay at a time for transmission services etc. And leave ONE bay open for your 10 MINUTE OIL CHANGE CUSTOMERS!!! COMMON SENSE!!
