I give a 4 star rating...don't know that I'd give anyone a 5. So take that for what it's worth. Started using them a few years ago after repeated frustrations with several repair shops, dealers to chains to independents. Started off with simple agreement with Josh..."treat me right, be truthful and honest and don't use some arbitrary NAPA repair program to float bogus inflated up-charges at me and I'd be a long term customer." Last repair was new upper ball joints. Repair made my F150 ride and drive better than it ever had! Always had a front and steering wheel shimmy vibration, even from the dealer and their new upper ball joints. After Josh's guys installed ball joints there is "0" vibration! No drift and no speed transition vibration! Josh has always leveled with me on prices and stayed where he quoted or warned me of variables. So far...pleased, good job and I don't usually take the time to give ratings at all...I just go away! Three years later and I'm still going back.
