Really disappointing experience. These employees, including the guy was was managing the shop, has a serious arrogance problem. Every employee acted like I was an idiot because I was asking questions they thought I should understand. Sorry I don't fix bumpers for a living. Thought that was your job. The quality of the work was fine, but no better or worse than any other auto body shop. Customer service was awful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

company did an excellent job, people were knowledgeable and friendly, repairs were completed before the estimate said they would be, they even stayed after the shop closed to wait for me to pick up my car. i would recommend their service to anyone.
