Monro Muffler Brake & Service

I had this shop install flo master exhaust on my 1999 Yukon.....and was givin a price of$ 285.00 ,after he had my truck on lift he,calls me and raises the price to 403.00. And I had to accept,since he had stated ......after I paid,the 403.00 I noticed the next day the exhaust wasn't even in back of my vehicle......I also noticed,I heard,a exhaust leak coming from underneath the vehicle........I took it back and he straightened out the pipes to come,out more,even and said he would have to order,the,gasket........after calling his shop to see when he could fix exhaust leak he would not answer the phone.....I left messages and he never would return my calls ....so I went there and he still hadn't got the gasket......I you want to BE RIPPED OFF......lied to and want exhaust that leaks go to Monroe muffler.........charles
