Monro Muffler Brake, Inc

I had two major repairs done here, basically having my front brakes replaced (rotors, callipers, pads, the works), and then a few months later my front struts and a tie-rod. Since then i have been informed that there was something either wrong or neglected with just about every repair. In less than 10,000 miles my rotors warped again, and when I brought it in to a new mechanic (I stopped going to them because they also quoted me $800 to replace my rear suspension springs, more than 200 what they originally did when they fixed my brakes), and the new mechanic informed me the rotors were warped because the calipers monroe installed were missing hardware on the mounting brackets. So that it one botched repair job. The other is the struts and tie rod. After the struts were replaced I took a roadtrip to MN and the family mechanic there informed me that even though the tie rod had been replaced it had never been tightened, so that's another strike against monro. They also fixed the back suspension springs for much cheaper than monro's quote. Later the noise that had originally had me bring in the car for the struts replacement was back (it never really went away, just diminished slightly when the new struts were in), and was informed by my new mechanic that the stabalizers were about to desintagrate and should have been replaced when the struts were, otherwise the struts wouldn't have lasted more than a few months. So long and short of it this location is negligent and provides poor repair jobs that will end up costing you more money to fix their mistakes
