Midas-Little Rock

Well, where to begin. We scheduled an appointment for 11am. Got in the shop about 11:30 and didn't get out until 2:30 ! ! ! ! ! This is after they came out to tell us that only HALF of the expected work needed to be done. When we scheduled they quoted us a work time of 1 hour. We were there with our two young children for THREE HOURS!!!! No one communicated a thing about the wait time. We just got to sit in the waiting area and soak up the colorful shop scenery. The manager Aaron is, in a word or less, unprofessional. If I had him as the face of my shop I would get a face-lift and never look back. He gives Midas a BAD name. One tip for him would be, when you are attempting to apologize please try to look sincere. No one likes a smug apology, it sort of defeats the purpose. Please AVOID this shop and save yourself the frustration ! ! ! ! ! ! **I gave it one star because it wouldn't allow for a "0" star rating, and a negative rating wasn't an option.
