I recently brought my car here for an alignment. Was quoted one price$69.99 and Actually charged $89.99. Then the tech broke an eccentric bolt on rear tire then proceeded to tell me it'll cost $89 additional to repair something THEY broke. After arguing with them and trying to compromise by offering to pay for the other bolt BEFORE it too was broken and they could eat the cost of the one they broke , it was clear they were not going to accept responsibility for this. I was stuck without my car for five days while these bolts were on order. I wound up paying $193.65 for this, and after I paid the guy hand wrote across the Bill that my front tires were causing residual vibration. So it feels as if nothing was done. If they had told me there was a chance that the bolt was seized And may break I would expect to pay. Also if they noticed that my tires were bad why did they continue with the alignment knowing that it wouldnt help with the shaking. I'll never take my vehicles here again.
