I would not recommend Master Auto Service to anyone. Working with them has been a nightmare. We have had two huge issues with them that have not been resolved. Wheel Bearing The first issue is they changed the wrong wheel bearing on our vehicle. When we finally figured this out, they claimed to have fixed the "correct" wheel bearing, even though they could not remember which one they fixed until their mechanic stood under our vehicle and "look at it". They claimed they drove the vehicle (which they did not) and figured out our wheel bearing needed replaced. What actually happened was we already knew what was wrong and took it into them, they did not figure out anything. They never offered to refund our money. Brakes Our second issue with them was the job they did on our brakes. We ended up making seven different visits to have them fix our brakes. Our first visit happened in March 2014, and our last in Oct 2014. It is now Jan 2015, and we still have a problem with our brakes. Visit #1: The first time we took our vehicle in the brake light was on. They told us we had 30% life left in our brakes and didn't need to change them anytime soon. Visit #2: The next time we took our vehicle in, they toped off the fluid and said that should turn off the brake light since our vehicle was driving fine. Visit #3: On the next visit, they changed our brakes and rotors. They immediately made noise and we scheduled another appointment. Visit #4: We brought our car back in and they changed everything again. They told us to drive for 500 miles to break them in. We did that and called them when we still had an issue. Visit #5: We bring it in and leave it their all day. They clean the brakes and decide to order larger rotors and we have to make another appointment. Visit #6: We arrange to bring it in and change out the rotors. Once we leave we notice that our vehicle is now SHAKING when we brake and still making noise. Call them up and set up ANOTHER appointment. Visit #7: They put on new rotors again. Our vehicle is not driving like it was before we brought it in. We spend some time making sure nothing else is wrong with our vehicle and then file a dispute with our credit card company. They call us up and at first are really rude, then offer to fix it and rent us a car. When we bring in our vehicle, the owner is rude and does not honor what his employer told us on the phone. It ends up taking us over 4 hours to drop off our vehicle, sort out what they are going to do, and get the right rental. They keep our vehicle for 6 days, and basically all they do is balance the tires and determine what wheal bearing they fixed. They do not address the brakes at all. They never offer to refund our money. Our brakes are still making noise. We would have been better off never coming in. They claim to be a Christian business, but did not treat us with respect. They didn't stand behind their work and really the problems.
