Do NOT take your car to Marco's Precision Auto Service! I took my car into Marco's Precision Auto Service to get the fuel injectors cleaned. I called first and the owner gave me a reasonable estimate of $80.00. I needed them cleaned because I had a warning light on and had tested it myself to make sure what was wrong. The engine was also hesitating because the fuel injectors were dirty. He called later that day and said that it was not the fuel injectors but the battery coil that needed fixing and it would still be only $80.00. I thought, how strange that the device I hooked up to the vehicle told me that the fuel injectors needed cleaning, but I figured he knows what he is doing and as long as the car was fixed that would be cool. I went in the next day to pick it up and the bill was $320.00. He said that the $80.00 was just to make sure it needed a coil and the rest was the parts and installation costs. The warning light was off but it came back on after I left, in about 30 miles. Well it STILL hesitated and the light was STILL on!!!! Not one problem that I took it in on was fixed and it cost me $320.00! I took it to another mechanic the next week and for $100.00 fee he cleaned the fuel injectors and the car runs great and the hesitation is gone and the light is out. The new mechanic said any normal/honest car mechanic could tell all I needed was to get the fuel injectors cleaned. I will never go back to Marco's Precision Auto Service and I have told my friends to never go there. It’s like calling a contractor and telling them that your air conditioning is broken and they come out and paint your house and bill you $2000.00 and your air STILL does not work. I am sure he thought how great he was ripping someone off and making some money but I could have had a lot of business go his way. Just do your homework when going to get your car fixed and try not to get ripped off like me.
