Level 10 Transmission Center

These guys are scams!! I had sent a valve body in to be modified and these guys put a spacer in one of the valves to increase line pressure. The spacer was so big it stopped the valve from opening fully, causing my transmission to get low line pressure. - When I contacted Pat the owner, he said they would never have done that, that some one else did! But the funny thing is NO one ever went in the valve body except Level 10 I had to pay thousands of dolars to the local dealer to get the problem rectified that Level Ten Transmissions created! These guys don't know what they are doing!!

level 10 built a trani for my 09 jeep wrangler rubicon unlimited. the stock trani puked twice under normal drive conditions at 5000 and 16,000 miles and jeep refused to honor warranty because i have 35" tires. my jeep is supercharged because the stock 3.8L engine is so underpowered. I have a 4.88 rear end. so my trani broke again about 5000 miles after Level 10 rebuilt it. The drum cracked. Hey I don't know jack about automatic transmissions but Pat honored the warranty including shipping and local labor. This guy has been polite and accessible and has stood by his product. some of these cats ragging on level 10 might be lying. I live in tennessee and can't imagine why they are so honest with me so far away and ripping off people face to face. btw, the hourly rate is my local speed shop and the total cost includes labor and supplies etc.

I GOT AN ESTIMATE OF $4000.00 FROM AAMCO TO REBUILD THE TRANSMISSION OF MY JAGUAR XJ8. I WENT TO LEVEL 10 TO GET ANOTHER AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AROUND $3000.00. I HAD IT REBUILT AT LEVEL 10 AND MY VEHICLE IS SHIFTING PERFECTLY AND RUNNING GREAT. THANKS LEVEL 10!!

LEVEL 10 TRANSMISSION REBUILT MY TRANNY ABOUT 6 WEEKS AGO. THEY GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE AND DID GREAT WORK. ON A SCALE OF 1-10 THEY GET A 1O FROM ME! MY CAR FEELS BRAND NEW! I ALSO MADE A NEW FRIEND - RICKY IS AWESOME!

These guys rebuilt my trans and I have no problems with them! They were very polite and gave me great customer service!! I can't imagine them treating anyone wrong. THEY ARE WAY BETTER THAN AAMCO! THANKS RICKY!

They sure are liars! I got my transmission rebuilt there a few months ago and they are very friendly and my car is working great. I recommend them to everyone. Not only are they cheap but they do great work!

hahahaha you are all liars, get a life. This company does great work and has great prices. You guys might have this place confused with AAmco

I was cheated as well from this repair shop. They are not to be trusted. Charged money when no repair was made and upon asking for explanation became very confrontational and threatened to do damage to my car.

I took my car for transmission problems. They diagnosed and gave me an estimate of over 1900 but failed to give me a written one because some lady was not there to write it up. This idiot Ricky sweet talks me into believing him that he is an honest person running an honest business. 4 days later I call to check up on my car and they tell me that its ready, but to my surprise the bill was 2300+. When I refused to pay the difference, he changed his tune and told me that they will sell my car to recover the money so I was left with no choice but to pay up. After driving the car for 2 days, the problems came back and I had to take it back. Now he tells me that the transmission repair hob came with no warranty and since there was nothing written, I was out of luck. I cant believe I fell for the scam. These people are not to be trusted and should be avoided at all cost.
