NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! Today, I had a 7:30 AM appointment scheduled for a tune-up; rather than honor the appointment made a week prior, the staff thought it more expedient to unapologetically CLEAN THE SHOP while I waited. By 8:30 AM, I had had enough and decided to leave, to which I was offered a half-assed apology from the shop manager, stating the technician was "about to pull my car in for service when I decided to leave." Bottom-line: having an appointment, and knowing I was waiting - for 1 HOUR! - weren't sufficient reasons to render a modicum of professional customer service, only the possibility of losing money prompted any action. Ridiculous! Needless to say, the level of DISRESPECT shown to me as a customer has resulted in the loss of my business, as I will NEVER use nor recommend Kings Bay Tire & Service again! Some 'southern hospitality"!
