I can say that the first day that I walked in the collision shop I really thought my car would be in good hands. Little did I know that I would be lied to and disappointed with their service. When I came in, day one it was said that it would be at least 3-4 weeks of work done to it. Be prepared for 5-6 weeks of being without a car. My car insurance only covered 3 weeks I personally paid for one week because this shop has NO loaner cars or compensate for an extended delay of work. Broken promises of an end date and when the head management got involved still no difference in service. When I did go pick up my car I was told it was being washed when I could clearly see my car still being worked on in the shop. I didn't know that a simple car wash would take 2 hours. So if you go here make sure you have a loaner car and are not in a rush to get your car back.
