Jiffy Lube

MFA Oil own's a Jiffy Lube in Columbia Missouri. I stopped there at the beginning of a trip to California with my 2013 vehicle with 13K miles. The next day 700 miles away in Sidney Nebraska, I hear a loud knock so I go accross the street to Wolf's Service Center. The Wolf's technicians states that the vehicle was damaged due to a improper seated o-ring that was replaced during the time of the oil change. He sees no oil on the dipstick. At the direction of MFA Oil's Jiffy Lube Operational Manager, Jessie Burge, the same Wolf Technician performs a oil change; and there is less than a quart of oil which now looks like a dark grey metal flake paint, MFA calls their insurance company Liberty Mutual who did nothing for days other than try to then blame the oil filter manufacture. After 5 days in the middle of nowhere and $4000 in expenses I turned around and went home cancelling my trip to move my brother. I have talked to multiple levels of management on all companies involved to no avail. I am letting a lawyer take care of this one. P.S. I don't think they would want their friends or relatives to know this is how they treat people.
