J & J Auto Repair

About 5 years ago the guy I always used was relocating to another state. He referred me to J & J. I have to say he was right on the money! I have found them to be very honest, friendly and reliable. Being a women so many auto repair shops talk to you like you are some kind of idiot and sometimes you leave feeling like you just got screwed.. Jackie (owner) always explains what he thinks is wrong and how he plans to fix it, friendly but to the point, tells us when it should be ready, if anything unexpected comes up he always calls to explain. Over the years we have had 3 trucks, a suv and a sedan.. currently our Honda suv has 306,659 miles on it, our Honda sedan has 399,253 miles on it.. needless to say we drive the hell out of them and with a Honda there are not a lot of repairs but as ours have aged we have had a few. J & J has NEVER steered us wrong. As a matter of fact, in the beginning I would call around and compare prices and without fail he was always the best price and he ALWAYS fixes the problem.. who could ask for more.
