This is definitely the kind of place that cares about its customers, which I love and is why I highly recommend it. This is the second time I have been here; the service was just as great the first time around.

After a bad experience at another establishment, I was referred to ICC by a friend. I took my car in for a repair and was pleasantly surprised. Joseph quickly assessed the problem, ordered the part, and completed the work within a day. He took the time to provide me with a detailed explanation and came up with a feasible solution. Both Joe and Jack are very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend them and will definitely return in the future!

The guys at ICC Collision did a great job replacing the freshly smashed rear bumper on our Prius. Color match with the paint is perfect. They took care of a few other random dents, too! They finished on time and even cleaned the car out for us. Our 6-year-old car looks almost as good as new now! They're super friendly—and straight-up honest about the whole process and pricing. Thanks guys! Plus their office is really cozy - and cool, good AC - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have a restaurant and I know how important it is to get good reviews and to take care of people that patronize my business. I am glad that ICC doesn’t own any restaurants because if they did I would have some stiff competition in town. You really have a good thing going over there. You did a wonderful job on our van and the service was excellent. Thank you.

I don’t spend much time on line but when I do I feel that I should take the time to review places that have done well. I don’t waste time on reviews that are bad because I figure they don’t deserve a chance to correct there mistakes. ICC does really good body work, the paint on my BMW 330I looks like it did when I bought the car 4 years ago. The staff at this body shop is friendly and they take the time to go over all your concerns. Really very professional, good work by all.

Oh my stars, we came out here from Alabama and we don’t know a soul. My Insurance had us take the truck to you all and we really liked how you treated us. We talk funny and feel out of place out here in California but we made some new friends at the body shop. My husband is disabled and he used to work on cars all his life. He said they did a really good job so I’m guessin they deserve 5 stars. Thanks ya’all. LOL

I took my Corolla to your Body Shop, I found out later that you have several locations and specialize in BMW and exotic car repair. I was surprised when I heard this because I got a really good deal and my Toyota is far from exotic. I was treated very well, given top notch service and the repair work was the best I have seen in town. Good work, good people good formula.

I have dealt with these guys at least three times. Always did a great job and was done on time as promised. They even helped me out with some extra work and charged me the insurance rate. Went over the top to make sure I had a car if the insurance wasn't going to cover. They are also willing to work with you if you want to pay for repairs yourself. I would definitely go back.

Not shady - they are pretty straight up with costs. I work in the area and my insurance uses this place so that's how I ended up here. I've been here a total of 4 times in the past 2 years. This last time, things took longer than expected but everything worked out fine. I was rear ended so my bumper and after market performance exhaust needed replacing. Since my car was there a while I asked the manager if they would install an after market set of headers for me and I would pay for it myself. He agreed but as a nice gesture since things were taking a long time, he installed them for free (a 2-3hr job) AND he detailed the interior and exterior of my car. I had to exercise some patience but ultimately, in the end, they took care of me and did a great job.

I unfortunately had to use them twice for two accidents in 4 years (neither one my fault fortunately). Both times they did a fabulous job. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own the car. Also, they will wax and detail your car every 6 months thereafter for 3 times, for free. I just did my first detail with them; the car looked like it's brand new. The paint was so-o-o smooth. My husband wants to bring his car in for their detail service even though he didn't need any body work done. They are an authorized repair shop on Mercury Ins' list. That's how I found out about them before.

This service was very good! The personal at this shop are very friendly and seemed to really care about the cars they turn out!

Everyone at this shop was great girls at the front desk, but Abel Ramirez was more then helpful he was great I would totally come back. The service from Abel was awesome truly polite and helpful.
