-5 stars!! A terrible mechanic shop. My Dad just recently had work done by them on his truck and after only driving 20 miles his engine blew up. Talked to the head mechanic and he was all for taking care of him. The shop had their least experienced mechanic work on it and he admitted he didn't check his work. Told my dad that they would pay for his engine. Then the head mechanic's mom (owner) got involved and she won't take responsibility for what her shop did. She has terrible customer service and her shop just cost my dad tons of money. So please don't take your vehicle here unless you want to risk something happening to your vehicle. They know how to work on cars but if something happens they won't pay for their mistakes and they will try to make it your fault. I would hate to see someone else get treated the same way they treated my dad.
had my 1977 dodge pickup in for a water pump leak and front driveline clicking. had an appointment with them for nov22 upon picking up the truck when completed on dec23,I noticed they also sold me a new rear driveline as well, seemed odd, as I just put new u joints in it less than a year before and it drove smoothly. It promptly ruptured the lower radiator tank and shook, bucked so badly. returned and had one mechanic say profusely that he put the truck inside every night and couldn't have frozen the radiator, then another say that the new water pump put so much more pressure on the lower tank that the pump sucks water from must have been the weak link, the new radiator pressure cap that was installed originally along with new hoses on invoice#32735 should have protected that. 512 more dollars invoice #32823 on top of the original 1106 dollar bill, 2 new upper radiator hoses sold to me, I am of the firm belief that they bent my old rear driveline while lifting the truck on their in floor hoist and told me it had a worn out spline, I was never offered the old parts back or even shown them, they told me the shaking and bucking is from the 4x4 system or tires that have run smoothly for 4 years previous to this, I couldn't drive it home to Chewelah so I left it at my daughters home in Spokane. My trusted friend who helped to replace the U joints last year took a look at it and immediately noticed that the front U joint on the new rear driveline had too small of OD. cups that engage the rear transfer case output yoke. we ran into that interesting fact last year when we put in new U joints. he called hills to tell them about it and Mrs. Hill informed him that her son has been doing this for a long time and couldn't make a mistake like that. and "we are busy now and don't have a tow truck". extremely frustrated by the way this simple repair job has blossomed into almost 2 full months without being resolved yet.
replaced my dodge 05 fuel pump for 668.29 but when I shop around it between 350.00 to 500.00
way too much

THE REPAIR WAS FOR A FUEL PUMP MODULE. NOT JUST A FUEL PUMP.THAT IS MORE EXPENSIVE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO NOTE THE CUSTOMER ONLY PAID 400.00.
