AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I spent $421.00 on an alternator & battery in March of this year, as of Sunday the battery was completely dead & would not take a charge. So I had to purchase a new battery. Remind you I had my receipt for the work done at this shop. I was told I can not get a refund for the battery & it's not on the receipt. Jeffrey the manager was very rude & disrespectful & told me to never bring my vehicle to his shop again. Let's just say he gave me my money for my battery after I told him a thing or 2 in his shop. I will never ever go back there. Very poor customer service. Unappreciative !!!! 👎
