Got recommended to this place by coworkers. Shop run by family. Thought they had the best service until I got my rear brakes changed and rotors resurfaced here. While the guy was changing them, I noticed he lost a part and was looking for it. Of course when I asked them about this, they acted like it was nothing. After the service, my car made loud train like noise (from the back passenger side) when stopping which it did not make before. Took it back 3 times. First time, they told me they would readjust it. Second time, they asked me to bring it back to take a closer look and that it might be the bearing. I took it to the Toyota dealership for a diagnosis. They told me the brake parts were cheap quality, so I bought the parts from Toyota. The brother told me this third time would be the last time. This time, the train like noise stopped on the passenger back side but came from the driver back side. They seem to ignore my calls now. Don't get fooled by their smiles and cheerful customer service.

Good morning Mr. Mohamed, we are very sorry to hear that your experience at our shop was not well. We have been in business here for 30 years and we are family owned and operated with our greatest concern being the safety of all of our customers. We feel that you also need to understand that you brought in your parts and when a customer brings their parts we do not honor our labor if the parts are defective, however in your case we changed your brakes three different times and did not charge you anything even though our policy clearly states that if a customer brings their own parts and they are defective, the labor is not warrantied. And as to your phone calls, we did not have any voice mails from you however it is likely that we might have been on the other line with another customer at the time that you were calling so we do apologize if we couldn't answer your call. We are here to serve all our customer's needs and we highly encourage you to call us if any questions or concerns.
