He originally quoted 800.00 for the job (parts and labor), after the quote he purchased parts with out calling first, got a complete rear differential, and then didn't use all the parts and mix and matched parts from the original and the new differential (which is illegal) overcharged on labor, should have only taken 5 hours MAX (that's including if he ran into problems) and claimed it took 9 and a half hours. Will NEVER go back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
