Ferrari of Beverly hills Collision Center

My experience with Ferrari Beverly Hills Collision Center has been extremely frustrating poor. I had work done here over a year ago. There was a $600 supplemental amount that had to be paid by the insurance. I paid the amount to the body shop so I can get my car released early. They ultimately received a check for the same amount from the insurance company. They were supposed to release the money to me, but they never have . It has been over a year and they have not returned the money to me. Each time I call, they say they are researching it. Due to constant turn over at the company, I have to have the entire conversation over with someone every few months. This is not a very significant sum, but I cannot trust a business that acts this way.
