  Al, I just wanted to say "thanks" for taking a look last Thursday at the tires on Dan's new Car. I phoned the Audi dealership on Friday and spoke to a sales manager. I relied your assessment that the tires we no good. After a bit of back and forth, I told him that the the car should never have passed inspection and that it probably should not be considered a "certified" used car, either. He tried to defend the dealership and stated that tire wear is never guaranteed for a certain amount of mileage. I reiterated that the car should never have passed the NYS inspection and, when Audi had passed it, that might be considered a fraudulent act. Further, I informed him that his service rep said they were good. The sales rep said he wanted to get more facts on the situation and he would call me back. Late Friday afternoon he called and said that Audi would provide new replacement tires at no cost.
  Felix Albert Automotive, you have always gone the extra mile to do what's right. Again, I want to say thanks for your help. I don't think our claim against Audi would of stood up without your assistance. You and your crew have kept our cars running safely and well for a long time and that's great comfort.
